About

A Little Bit About Me

I’m from Pittsburgh and trying to live a life full of love, adventure and food! Always on the search for new experiences, you can usually find me running, doing yoga, hiking, biking, travelling, cooking and of course eating.  All infused with as much friends and family as possible!

My goal is to share some of life’s adventures, recipes, and cooking ideas to help inspire you to find ways to eat and live that feel great for your mind, body, and soul.

My Journey, My Kitchen, My Rules

I’ve enjoyed sharing recipes/cooking ideas with friends and family over the last year. Many have told me stories about new things they tried and encouraged me to share recipes, tips, and more via a blog, YouTube channel, or other avenue. So here I am! I’m starting the journey to help you find good food and some new ways to move that can fit the life you want to live.

It’s My Kitchen and My Rules! I like to freestyle because every day is its own beautiful day. Some days are garlic days (ok, maybe most in my case) and some are best left Simply Roasted (my favorite way to cook up most veggies, as you’ll probably notice). I promise to always provide you with a list of ingredients and general guidelines for how much of each I used, but in many cases I don’t make every dish the same every time. Experiment a little and see what works for you. I am a big believer that you should make your food the way you love it!

So come on this journey with me and together we can feel a little better and move a little more!
