Roasted Carrots with Dill
Roasted vegetables all the time! There’s something about them that is just delicious. Still wanting to keep it simple but with some good flavor, I baked these bad boys with some dill.
Carrots offer a bright pop of color and great flavor. When I do these again I will probably add some garlic too. That was an oversight on my part this time around. Garlic is good with everything! The more the merrier, we’ll keep the vampires away.
