Garlic Parsley Pork and Asparagus
Ingredients:
- Pork Chops (1 lb)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1-2 TBSP)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Parsley (2 TBSP, chopped)
- Asparagus (1 bunch)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Kitchen items you’ll need:
- Knife
- Cutting Board
- Air Fryer
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine olive oil, garlic, and parsley and marinade pork for 10-30 minutes.
- Cook in air fryer at 370 for 14-16 minutes, flipping at halfway mark.
- Trim asparagus and cook in air fryer at 400 for 10 minutes.
- Serve!
If you don’t have an Air Fryer, this could be cooked on stove or in oven.
